SKOS (Semantic Knowledge Organization System) is a classification scheme that catalogs all expressions of emotions. Within SKOS any expression will have dozens of other points of data such as language, intensity, location, datetime, object, context, and (user permitting) other product specific data. SKOS allows the researcher to narrow or widen the scope of a relational query on each data point. SKOS integrates across languages providing a standard for everyone to contribute to a global emotions network.
