Today’s rating systems utilize pre-defined criteria, ‘likes’ or ‘stars’ count, which are supposed to mean the same to everyone. However, people’s cultural contexts and lives are much more complex than that, therefore, those ‘one-size-fits-all’ schemes can’t accurately measure the true opinion about a heterogeneous and multiplexed question.

SENSOR APIs allows total customization by assigning personal values to each component and rating them in a person’s own terms. SENSOR data is instrumental in achieving clarity and discovery by demonstrating with precision and nuance how each component imprints an emotional map. Each member of a group can have their own version of the SENSOR and provide accurate data that everyone will understand.
